Faculty & Staff
Support for Faculty & Staff
CSI provides support, guidance, resources, troubleshooting, and referrals to USC faculty & staff. We understand that personal and professional challenges can arise, impacting your ability to accomplish your work and meet your goals. To address these challenges, we collaborate closely with WorkWell, Human Resources, Academic and Faculty Affairs, and the Department of Public Safety (DPS) to determine the best approach and response.
If you or someone you know is concerned about a USC faculty or staff member, please do not hesitate to contact CSI either by phone 213-740-0411, email uscsupport@usc.edu, or through our online reporting program, Trojans Care 4 Trojans (TC4T).
Critical Incidents
CSI coordinates outreach to members of the Trojan community following critical incidents both on-campus and worldwide. If a faculty or staff member is experiencing mental health issues, a personal emergency, disruptive and threatening behavior, or is impacted by a large-scale incident such as a natural disaster or tragedy, they can contact CSI for support and assistance in connecting to resources.
Concerned About a Student?
CSI can also assist faculty and staff who are concerned about a student. If you encounter a student experiencing a problem or tragedy, struggling for various reasons, or exhibiting a change in behavior or demeanor, please contact CSI. You can reach us by phone, email, or anonymously through TC4T to report your concerns. We will consult with you to identify the best way to respond and assist the student.
