Trojans Care 4 Trojans (TC4T)
USC Trojans Care for Trojans (TC4T) is an initiative within the Office of Campus Wellbeing and Crisis Intervention that empowers USC students, faculty, and staff to take action when they are concerned about a fellow Trojan challenged with personal difficulties. This private and anonymous request form provides an opportunity for Trojans to help a member of our Trojan community.
If you find yourself in need of immediate attention due to an emergency or crisis situation in which your safety is at risk, please contact the Department of Public Safety at 213-740-4321. In the event you are experiencing difficulty with your emotional or mental well-being, please contact Counseling & Mental Health at 213-740-9355. Both DPS and CMH are available 24/7.
Please note: If you are concerned about someone who has experienced sexual or gender-based harm, please contact the confidential services at CARE-SC (213-740-4900). If you would like to report an instance of sexual or gender-based harm, you may contact the Office for Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX (213-740-5086).
Submissions
Each TC4T submission will be reviewed and responded to by a staff member from Campus Support & Intervention. For more information, contact Campus Support & Intervention at uscsupport@usc.edu.
While you may not always be aware of the follow-up done in response to your report, please know that a professional staff member will be reaching out to the person of concern. We appreciate you entrusting us with your concern and we will make every effort to connect with them to provide support. If you have further questions about how the TC4T program works or you would like support for yourself, please contact us at 213-740-0411 or uscsupport@usc.edu.
